Are you taking on new patients?
Yes — we welcome new patients of all ages across Fitzroy North and nearby. Call us or send an enquiry and we’ll find a time.
How do I book?
You can call us or send an enquiry through the website. For anything urgent, calling is the fastest way to be seen.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring your health fund card (for on-the-spot claiming), any relevant medical history, and a list of any questions or concerns.
Do you run on time?
We plan our days so appointments aren’t rushed. Occasionally an emergency means a short wait — we’ll always let you know.
Health funds & payment
Which health funds do you accept?
We accept all major funds and claim on the spot with HICAPS. We’re also a preferred provider for Bupa and HCF.
What if I don’t have private cover?
That’s no problem. We’ll give you a clear, written quote before any treatment and can talk through payment options.
Can children be bulk-billed?
Eligible children can access up to $1,132 over two years through the CDBS, fully bulk-billed. We can check eligibility for you.
Emergencies
Do you offer same-day emergency appointments?
Yes, we hold same-day spots for genuine emergencies. Call us and describe what’s happening and we’ll triage over the phone.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call us straight away. For a knocked-out tooth, keep it in milk or your cheek and come in quickly. For a life-threatening emergency, call 000.

Is there parking?
Free 2-hour street parking on St Georges Road, plus accessible parking at the door.
Are you accessible?
Yes — step-free entrance, ground-floor treatment rooms, accessible bathroom.
